M/S MPAD Engineering Quality Control Laboratory is promoted with the objectives of providing testing of various types of Building Materials, Steel reinforcement and Soil testing to meet the requirements of clients of Government and other agencies
The laboratory management is committed to carry out testing activities under the scope of this quality management by meeting the requirement of International Standard IS/ISO/IEC – 17025 : 2017 & NABL specific requirements and to satisfy the needs of the Customers, the regulatory authorities or organizations providing recognition.
The appropriate communication processes are established and through the management review and its results the management ensures the effectiveness of the management system
Laboratory has a policy to cooperate with the customer or their representative to clarify the customer’s request and to monitor the laboratory’s performance in relation to the work performed by way of witnessing of test jobs. Such cooperation with the customer includes providing customer or customer’s representative access to the testing areas of the laboratory for witnessing of the tests performed in the laboratory. The confidentiality of the other Customers is being maintained while witnessing the tests in case of External Customers.
